First Time Ordering With Your Account Credits?

If this is your first time placing an order with us through the volunteer web store, welcome! You will want to sign into your new account using the login information that has been provided to you.

Your account is created for you in advance and loaded with your current total credits. Your credits will automatically be applied at checkout when you place your order. If you do not use it all in one order, that is okay! Any credits left over will stay saved to your account until the next time you order.

When you sign in for the first time you will be able to view your total credit amount listed at the bottom of the menu along the left side of the page (see image for reference). If you have any questions on the credit amount listed or if something does not look correct, you will want to contact the Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity team.

After you have signed in and confirmed that the credit amount looks correct, you will want to double check your billing and shipping address and make sure that it is current. You will find this information listed in the menu along the right side of the page (see image for reference). If your credit total will not cover the full amount, you will need to pay for the remainder of your order with a credit or debit card. Your billing address will need to match the address associated with the card being used or the payment will be declined. This is a security feature that we use for all orders. Your items will not move into production until the total is paid in full.

If you have any issues with placing an order, please visit our Contact Us page. Give us a call or send an email and one of our team members will be able to quickly assist!
